Salt Line Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Salt Line, we take pride in delivering premium-quality apparel inspired by South Africa's coastal lifestyle. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and packaging are still attached.
  • The item is free from stains, odours, damage, or alterations.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Salt Line cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
